How to Order:

• Select from one of our pre-set design ideas, or select Custom if you would like something different.
• Use the personalisation boxes to detail the names/wording you require. 
• Birth Flowers - please provide the months of the year you require (and quantity) in the Additional Information box. Please note: there are usually 2 main flowers representing each month of the year and flowers are usually chosen at time of design to best compliment the overall image. If you would like specific flowers used within the image, please provide details of these aswell.
• New Home - Use the personalisation boxes to provide details of the name/address/message you require. Once your order has gone through, please email a high quality image of the property you would like included on the vase. Email image to hello@flobeedesigns.co.uk, and include your order number i the subject box. Please note: computerised software is used to create a sketch-like coloured image of the property which is then applied to the vase, as such there may be variations in colour and the images are intended to be a representation of the property and not always an exact match.
• Custom - for custom designs requests, please provide as much detail as possible in the personalisation boxes. Any image ideas you may have can also be emailed to hello@flobeedesigns.co.uk, please include your order number in the subject heading. We will then create a digital design within 2-working days and send this over for your approval before creating your order. Please note: production will not begin on your order until a design has been agreed between the buyer and seller, so any delays in responding, will hold up production of the order.
