And a final note regarding the measurement markers...
We understand how important accurate measurements are, and we know many customers rely on our markers to get it right. Measuring jugs from different brands can vary in tolerance, meaning the same volume may appear higher or lower depending on the jug—sometimes by a significant margin.
After extensive testing over the past two years, we’ve found that the most consistent way to measure our markers is by weight. Since August 2025, all markers have been measured using calibrated digital scales, weighing milk in millilitres. Each measurement height is carefully marked and applied by hand.
While this method does not claim laboratory-level precision, it produces measurements that sit well within acceptable tolerances for household measuring equipment.
To help you maintain consistency in your own weight-loss journey, we recommend checking measurements against your personal measuring equipment at home and consistently use the method you are most comfortable with.
